Purchasing Rights:
Please indicate the intended usage for your commission when ordering.
Additional usage rights can be purchased at any time and will be granted once the associated fee has been paid for in full.
Commercial fees are applied per usage and per merchandise type.
Please note that usage fees cannot be refunded or revoked once purchased.

Availability
Q: When will your commissions be open?
Commission openings are announced on my Twitter and Ko-Fi.
Q: Can I be waitlisted for a commission?
Please check the commission page for available waitlists. If a commission is listed as 'closed' but you would like to be waitlisted, please inquire for availability.
Payment
Q: How do I pay for my commission?
An invoice will be sent to your email which can be paid by PayPal or credit card. Please pay the invoice within 3 days to avoid cancellation.
Q: Do you accept payment plans?
Payment plans can be discussed but are not guaranteed. Please note that there will be a $5 fee for plans of 2-3 installments and a $10 fee for plans of 4+ installments.
Updates & Revisions
Q: Will I receive updates / WIPs for my commission?
Yes. You will be informed of when work on your commission has started and of any delays. WIPs are given during the sketching phase and for non-YCH commissions. If you would like to request additional WIPs or WIPs for YCH commissions, please inform me.
Q: Can I request a revision to my commission?
Depending on the revision and the current state of your commission, revisions may be free, require an additional fee, or be rejected. The best time to request a revision is during the sketching phase where your feedback is asked for. Any mistakes made on my end are always fixed for free.
Cancellations & Refunds
Q: Can I cancel my commission / request a refund?
For a full refund, please cancel your commission before I've started working on it. For a 50% refund, please cancel before approving a sketch. Once a sketch has been approved, refunds are no longer available.
