Please indicate the intended usage for your commission when ordering.

Additional usage and rights can be purchased at any time and will be granted once the associated fee has been paid for in full.

Commercial fees are applied per piece and per usage (ex. commissioning 2 pieces but using 1 commercially = 1 commercial fee, using 1 commission for both stickers and charms = 2 commercial fees).

Please note that commercial rights cannot be refunded or revoked once purchased.

Commission requests can be sent through DM or email.

Requests may be denied if there is no available opening or if the request is not within my capabilities.

Accepted requests will be put on a waitlist in which you will be informed of when work on your commission is about to start.

Prices listed are in USD and for personal use only unless stated otherwise.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice and being waitlisted does not guarantee the same pricing as when you were added on to the waitlist.

Once your turn on the waitlist has been reached, the total price of the commission will be confirmed with you before any payment is requested and you are free to decline for any reason.

There will be no changes in pricing once a commission has been paid for, either in partial or in full.

Commercial pricing for a commission that has already been paid for will not be affected by price changes.

Payment is done through Stripe invoicing and paid by credit card.

The invoice will be sent to the email you provided in your order form.

Commissions will not be started unless paid for in full.

If payment has not been received within 72 hours and without explanation, the commission will be cancelled.

For commercial use of commission, the appropriate commercial fee must be paid for in full before the commission can be used commercially.

Partial payment and payment plans are allowed for commissions over $500.

Due to the fees associated with processing additional transactions, the following charges will be applied per payment installment:

2-3 Installments: +$5

4+ Installments: +$10

The maxiumum time frame allowed for payments plans is 2 months from the start of the first payment.

Portions of the commission will be completed per installment and the final commission will only be sent once the commission has been paid for in full.

Details and specifications of payment plans can be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

Please provide clear and completed references of your character unless stated otherwise.

Written character descriptions or requesting to combine multiple references may result in an additional charge or be rejected.

Real-life photo references may result in an additional charge or be rejected.

Commissions can take up to 2 weeks to 1 month for completion depending on the project and complexity.

Priority commissions with a specific deadline can be requested for a priority fee which will depend on the project and requested date.

You will be informed of what stage your commission is in and I will request your approval before moving on to the next step:

Sketching: WIP provided for revision and approval requested

Lining / Coloring: No WIP provided unless asked for

Finalization: WIP provided for revision and approval requested

There are two types of revisions that can be made:

Minor: ex. slight pose adjustment, expression change, color correction, minor detail removal / addition, etc.

Major: ex. pose change, outfit change, etc.

The following phases allow revisions for no extra costs:

Sketching phase: 5 minor revisions and 1 major revision allowed.

Finalization phase: 3 minor revisions allowed.

Additional revisions and revisions requested with information not previously provided for will come with a fee.

Mistakes on my end will be fixed for free.

Refunds can be requested if I have not yet started on your commission.

Commissions cannot be refunded once I have started work on them.

Commercial rights cannot be refunded or revoked once purchased.

If for some reason I am unable to complete your commission, you will be refunded in full and may keep any WIPs for personal use only.

Issuing a chargeback at any time will result in being blacklisted from future commissions.

The allowed usage for your commission will be the ones given to or purchased along with your commission.

For any sort of usage outside of the ones specified and agreed upon between us, please contact me to discuss.

You may upload your commission to any of your social media platforms with proper credit to me as the artist.

Your commission may be uploaded to my social media with proper credit to you as the commissioner.

You may request to keep your commission private or uploaded at a later date.
